The better Jacksonville Plan makes Downtown a Big Priority. Much of our Tax money is going into Downtown thru financial initiatives for people who buy property Down Town. That alone doesn't make Down Town desirable or worth living. This is obvisous because if it were then Investors would have been in Down Town a long time ago. The plan to make Down Town better via financial initiatives is soley political because its not based on any financial based research or planning.
